Land Use Taxation – cancelled due to low enrollment

A course intended to provide a detailed explanation of the Special Assessment for Land Preservation (Land Use) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The course provides information related to the categories of Land Use, eligibility for participation, determination of land values and penalties for removal or disqualification.

The in person course format is a two (2) day offering finishing with an online exam after the review concludes on Day 2.

• Registration begins at 8:30 on Day 1.
• Instruction begins at 9:00 am each day, unless the instructor requests otherwise.
• The online exam, administered through UVACollab, will be available from noon on Day 2 of the class through 5:00 pm the following business day.
