Everything You Want to Know About FOIA

This training session, sponsored by the Education Committee, is designed to assist staff with managing FOIA requests. This training will cover what is a public document, who can make FOIA request, how to respond to a FOIA request, charges and exemptions and more.  It will satisfy the training required as a FOIA officer.  There will be time for Questions and Answers.

Participants will receive 1 point of continuing education unless they have already earned a point for training from other FOIA training presentations.
