General Reassessment

General Reassessment is course intended to provide guidance related to the administration of an in-house real property reassessment process in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The course provides information related to administering the reassessment process including sequence of duties, separation of responsibilities, public notifications and the appeals process.

The in person course format is a two (2) day offering finishing with an exam after the review concludes on Day 2.

• Registration begins at 8:30 on Day 1.
• Instruction begins at 9:00 am each day, unless the instructor requests otherwise.
• Lunch will be provided on Day 1. Snacks and drinks will be provided each day.
