Creating an Office of Excellence – A Guide for Commissioners and Deputies is based upon the established criteria for Office Accreditation. The class provides best practice recommendations and outlines successful business processes regarding the various aspects of office organization and personnel management.
The in person course format is a two (2) day offering finishing with an online exam after the review concludes on Day 2.
- Registration begins at 8:30 on Day 1.
- Instruction begins at 9:00 am each day, unless the instructor requests otherwise.
- The online exam, administered through UVACollab, will be available from noon on Day 2 of the class through 5:00 pm the following business day.
