For those localities that have a Business License in their area, when figuring the amount due on the license do you just exempt the State and Federal taxes on the gasoline sales and include the amount grossed on the gasoline sales in the amount due on the business License, or do you exempt the entire gasoline sales amount? Also, do you exempt the entire sales of lottery and tobacco sales? Please advise. Thanks.
