Bob was elected in 2003.  He started in the office of the Loudoun County Commissioner of the Revenue in 1992 and prior to that worked in mortgage banking for 6 years.  Bob earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Longwood University and later served as the President of its Alumni Association.  He is a Virginia real estate sales licensee and an active member of numerous professional and political organizations.

Bob lives in Leesburg with his wife, Debra, and has a 6 year-old daughter, Emma, and a 5 year-old son, Robert III. 

Loudoun County is home to Washington Dulles International Airport and is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States.  Its residents have the highest median household income in the nation.  Loudoun is known for its excellent schools, expanding, diversified business base, and high quality of life for its 250,000+ residents.
